Northern California is an amazing place, one day your hiking along the Pacific coast, checking out some great new surf spots and then 3 hours later you are up in Lake Tahoe experiencing world class skiing and snowboarding.

Northern California Surf

While hiking the Tenessee Valley in Marin county Rick from Main Beach and crew came upon this interesting break. The best waves were actually found a mile south of this cliff. The entire coastline from San Francisco up to Mavericks offers a number of great spots.
